Hootananny Thai Cuisine - Thai food has a subtle blend of flavours, utilising herbs and roots such as lemon grass, basil, coriander, galangal, krachal, ginger and chillies. Thai Cooking is rich and mild, making good use of coconut milk and green curry. Also a feature is the red curry, an influence of both Laos and Cambodia. For those with a mild palate, the use of coconut, lemon and basil leaves. You can also get really spicy dishes, these influenced by Malaysia and India. So there is a dish here to suit all palates and tastes
