The Restaurant, Bar and Facilities

The Royal Highland Hotel offers all of its guests a unique dining experience within the Ash Restaurant.  Boasting an elegant sense of simplicity, local Highland cuisine is served up alongside international dishes.  Both lunch and dinner can be obtained here and these premises are open seven days a week.  An alternative to Ash can be found in the Gallery Cafe.  Defined by more of a casual dining experience, The Gallery is suited for families as well as for children.  Many of the foods here are associated with Georgian flavours; a welcome change from more contemporary menus.  A bar serves up additional beverage and you can expect to choose from a wide selection of proper Scottish whiskies. There are also two large private dining areas known respectively as the Wallace and Magnus rooms.  These facilities are primarily intended to cater to larger groups such as those associated with weddings or business seminars.

Whether you have decided to stop off at Inverness during one leg of the North Coast 500 or you are preparing to arrive here to see the local sights, the Royal Highland Hotel is certainly an impressive property to behold.  Please consult with their official website to learn more or in order to secure a reservation.
